Owner & Operator

Karlander Development Group LLC is owned and run by Andrew Karlander, born and raised on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Geist, Lawrence, and now Oaklandon — this is home, and these are his neighbors. His father spent his career in real estate and property management, so Andrew grew up around houses, repairs, and what it actually takes to keep a property in good shape.

He started taking on handyman jobs in March of 2024, working under another company's name while holding down a career in logistics. The work stuck. After years in an industry where he watched respect and character take a back seat, he decided to stop splitting his time, rip the band-aid off, and build something with his own name on the door.

That mindset runs through every job. Andrew works methodically, in steps, and he sees a job through to properly finished — not almost finished. When you hire Karlander Development Group LLC, the owner is the one who shows up, does the work, and answers the phone afterward.

Away from the job site, he's a family man first, and he takes seriously the responsibility of being a steady example for the younger men around him. It's the same standard either way: show up, do it right, stand behind it.
